We used the experience gained over the ten years that we have been working in this area to inform and develop our unique proposition and have been spending on R&D over ten years get to where we are today.”
THE MSC R&D SOLUTION
Facewatch had been using an alternative R&D tax credit claims ‘specialist’ for a number of years before deciding to go back into the market to see if there was a better solution available.

Employing MSC R&D’s fast-track Blitz process, two of our experts – Chris Berry (a technology expert) and Paul Lawrence (qualified accountant) spent a day with the Facewatch team ensuring all eligible R&D projects were properly identified and accessing relevant financial data. This process identified a significant amount of previously unclaimed qualifying activity.
Following the Blitz day, the MSC team prepared a comprehensive report which ensured that Facewatch’s claim to HMRC contained all qualifying expenditure and was fully compliant with HMRC rules, ensuring its successful processing was a formality.
As a result, MSC R&D continue to be Facewatch’s R&D tax credit claims advisor.
