Post-COVID UK Digital Solutions for NWW (New Ways of Working) Project
DIT is seeking to introduce UK digital industry, health-tech and smart city companies with COVID-19 related solutions to local buyers/partners.
The Department for International Trade (DIT) is seeking to introduce UK digital industry, health-tech and smart city companies that have COVID-related solutions (people movement, social distancing, traceability, getting people back to work) to local buyers/partners from large corporations, big industry, systems integrator/consultants, health & corporate insurance companies.
DIT is seeking to receive 60 second elevator pitch content from UK companies that they can turn into a cohesive video, which will be uploaded onto their private Youtube channel. The link as well as a slide-deck will be then sent to pre-qualified local buyers. This will be followed up with virtual 1-2-1 meetings between the potential buyers and the UK companies.
DIT is seeking to recruit companies with innovative tech solutions in the following areas:
- Tech for health and wellbeing at work
- Flexible and remote working
- Corporate efficiency
- Manufacturing industry
- Meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE) industry
- Cybersecurity
Expressions of interests should be sent by 9 June, upon which the team will contact the UK company to discuss the project in more detail. This will be followed by with an online workshop planned for 25 June to provide an overview of the opportunities in Spain and Portugal, and answer any questions about the project and video production.
The deadline for receiving videos will be 9 July.
